Maxed out Renegade, about 60% Paragon. Pulled a gun on people a lot, used a lot of intimidate and aggressive conversation choices, mix of renegade and paragon solutions to quests. Mostly went with what felt "right" for the particular quest. Not racist.
Did maybe half of all sidequests. Did none of the gathering ones.
Installed Bring Down the Sky, executed terrorist leader, let the hostages die.
Got Wrex's family armor.
Saved the Rachni Queen.

This was a rapid playthrough with a specific focus on things that are known (believed) to be checked by ME2 when you import the character. I've got everything exactly as I want it, though I'm certainly not averse to powergaming... Most of the major choices were Paragon, but I'd intimidated a few people that I think deserved it. Both alignment meters are maxed from the conversation loop on Noveria. He is level 60 too.

I think I did all the sidequests but not the collectables (Matriarch writings, Turian isignias and so on). I installed BdtS, captured the terrorist and handed him over to the Alliance. I drove his henchman off the planet via a renegade option.

Save is in the entrance to the Citadel Tower at the end. Fight through a few geth and you get to Saren; he was convinced on Virmire, and Shepard has full Charm and almost full Intimidate, so all three options are open (charm or intimidate him to shoot himself, or fight him).
Paragon full, renegade a little under half (6 bars). Tried to do the right thing (Paragon) and be fair in general, but used a lot of Intimidate and killed people if I thought they deserved it. Not racist at all.
Completionist; finished all assignments, including collection ones; went everywhere on the Citadel after each mission, so I think I got pretty much everything.
Shepard is Rich.
Got all the licenses.
Bring Down the Sky NOT installed.
Pinnacle Station installed, got first place in all scenarios and beat Ahern's special one. Talked to the convoy and got a few things from the Wallace.
Encouraged Garrus to do things his own way. Found Saleon and told Garrus to kill him.

Charmed Toombs into sparing the scientist, both testify.
Finished the Cerberus quest chain. Gave the data from Hades' Dogs the the Shadow Broker (a deal is a deal, plus there's no point in getting on the Broker's bad side).
Convinced the biotics to release Burns, and Burns to do his job.
Killed everyone in UNC: ExoGeni Facility ("I should kill you right now!").
Got Gavin Hossle's data for him on Feros.
Besieged Base (Paragon assignment) completed with no casualties (all scientists saved).

I'm calling this a "Mixed" save because I took a fairly even split in total decisions between the two options. Main story decisions were almost all Paragon, but if an Intimidate option was given, I took it. This character has full Renegade and over 50% Paragon.
This was not a 100% run. I did every quest and interaction that carries over to Mass Effect 2 or to Mass Effect 3, and a few extra just for leveling purposes (i.e. the Citadel quests - those are all done). That means I:
- Got "Rich"
- Purchased the Elkoss Combine license (and all others)
- Gave Wrex his family armor
- Gave Tali the geth data
- Encouraged Garrus to be Renegade
- Intimidated Dr. Michel's blackmailer

On Virmire: I Intimidated Wrex, destroyed the Geth Flyers, got Kirrahe out safely, killed Rana Thanoptis, and rescued Ashley.
On X57: I did not find the three engineers. I went after Balak, and left him to die.
In the Endgame: I saved the Council, but did not recommend either Anderson or Udina for the position.

This was an unintentional completionist run, aside from Pinnacle Station. I did every assignment in the game, even the collection missions. This Shepard ended up being aligned Paragon for the ending, but it's actually really close. Both bars are nearly full. Also, Garrus is more Paragon than Renegade, but neither is all the way done. Ended with 999 omni-gel and 9999999 credits.
