** There is a new link here that is a step by step for importing from PC to 360.

** Mooza is working on more clear resources for 360 players. Keep checking back.

PS3 USERS I'm sorry but there's still no solution for you as far as I know. http://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=89773 There is this link, but nobody has confirmed it will work to move Mass Effect saves. If some of you want to get together here and trade saves and see if it works, please help out in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=16 Thanks!

-----------------------------------------------------

If your PC save did not import correctly...
1) Make sure the save completed the end of ME2. If the save did not complete the Omega 4 Relay, it will NOT import (same for 360)!

2) Make sure that you are putting the saves in Mass Effect 2's save folder, not Mass Effect 3.

3) Make sure that you follow the masseffect2saves.com/import.php walkthrough correctly and created all the directories EXACTLY as it's shown. No extra spaces in the folders, but spaces where they're shown. Capitalize letters that are Capitalized, etc.

4) A user reported his game imported successfully when he changed the name from Autosave. So if you have an autosave or quicksave or chaptersave that you're trying to import, rename it to: Save_0051.pcsav or something similar (copy/paste that for best results.)

I liked the ME3 Save Prep Walkthrough Video but one thing he leaves out is you have to use a real Mass Effect 2 Save folder to make sure the downloaded save shows up for imports.

The links on the 360 page work for importing a PC save into 360. There's a new link on the 360 page which explains more clearly how to do the PC to 360 only import. The other links are still important for the conversion and how to use modio, but hopefully that link will help.

More clear info would help, I did this myself tonight and I don't have time to do a complete writeup right now. Hopefully someone else can fill in.

I'll be writing a guide for how to do it without a copy of ME2.
